2012 European festival

After winning the competition of the European Commission, the Street Musicians Festival obtained an official status of the European festival of culture, as the first and the only one in our country. For this occasion, the programme of the festival was exceptionally eventful and full of genuine attractions. The Festival was opened by the greatest international street musicians’ band in the world – Playing for change, featuring Ramon Kelvink Junior as the starring performer – tight-rope walking above the main city square and approximately twenty thousand mesmerised citizens of Novi Sad.
